FAQ

  • When I start my car, there is a strange clicking sound. Is that a problem?

Yes. In most cases this is due to a dirty or corroded battery terminal. Battery terminals are relatively easy to keep corrosion-free yourself—just apply a thin layer of petroleum jelly to them—or our team will be happy to help.

  • Can you service our commercial vehicles?

Absolutely. We offer a complete commercial fleet service, including working with trucks, buses, 4WDs, utes and trailers. Contact our office to find out more or to set up an account.

  • Do I need to get my car's air conditioning regularly serviced?

Yes, you do. When gas circulates through your system, it will inevitably leak a little bit—this is natural. As such, we recommend getting your air con re-gassed and serviced at least once every 2 years.

  • Why does my car's air con smell bad?

Over time, bacteria, microbes and fungus can grow in the damp environment of your cooling system. So, if you have a bad smell in your car for no reason, that's probably why. Our team utilise specialised equipment to thoroughly clean out any bacteria in your system and give it a pleasant, refreshing smell. This does more than just make it smell nice, it also has many benefits for allergy and asthma sufferers.

  • Can you do my trailer's wiring?

Yes. We can organise the electrics for your trailer, whether it's for commercial or private use.
